WinPT is a graphical user front-end for the free OpenPGP implementation GnuPG.

It provides an intuitive user interface for the most common OpenPGP functions.

An (incomplete) list of features:
An assistant, so called ‘Wizard’, for the key generation
A Key Manager
A File Manager
A graphical interface for easier keyserver access
A Photo-ID viewer
En- and decryption, signature generation and verification with the Windows clipboard as well as the the current window or directly on files
Supporting most of the new functionality introduced in GPG 1.4.x
Symmetric encryption for data and text files
